Stran, Quincy, Mass, announced that promotional product industry veteran Nicole Brown has joined the management team in the role of vice president of operations, reporting to COO Sheila Johnshoy.
Brown began working as a full-time contractor at Stran in August of 2022 to help project-manage the implementation of NetSuite at Stran. In her new role as vice president of operations, Brown will focus her efforts on updating Stran’s program management approach and offering, as well as provide additional leadership in the areas of fulfillment and warehousing, purchasing, freight, and more.
She brings 15 years of promotional products industry experience, and a keen understanding of program management, which she has successfully built out at three top-40 distributors in the last 10 years.
“I couldn’t be more excited to expand Nicole’s role at Stran and bring her industry expertise to how we operate as an industry leader in branded merchandise program management,” Johnshoy said. “Nicole’s work in helping us launch NetSuite has been invaluable, and I look forward to the many contributions she will continue to make across the organization.”
Prior to her work as a contractor at Stran, Brown was a director at Leaderpromos, a director of program operations and warehouse logistics at ePromos, and a global account manager at Touchstone Merchandise Group.
